The publishers of this web site have created it to offer basic information that a person mat need to get medical treatment in India. We have extensive experience working and living in the US and India. Over time, we have noticed that the availability and quality of medical treatment in India has improved dramatically. But compared to the US, it is still cheap and an excellent value for money.
But India remains a scary place for an outsider taking the first step in traveling there for medical treatment. This web site is a free resource that is primarily targeted towards US Citizens who want to consider this option. We hope to take some of the fear out of the experience and help our readers make an informed decision.
We have done extensive research and drawn upon our own personal experiences to develop this web site. The views are our own except where we have quoted from public sources. As the healthcare environment changes, we see this site evolving to offer more targeted services.
